Late Spring Serenity

As a photographer
I know how to prepare myself for a photo session. But even after so many years of taking pictures I'm still finding myself a little bit stressed before 🙃

This is quite normal.
No matter how many year of experience you have.
This will never be
just a photo session. Especially when a customer is expecting exceptional quality
from you.
I always worried if the weather will be ok.
If I will have this unique connection with
my clients. This all matters.

But just imagine, if it's stressful for you, how much stressful it must be for your clients.

All this must be discussed with them before the final date.
You need to exactly explain to them
what will happen
and what is a plan
for a day.

I mainly take pictures
of a females.
But recently I had a pleasure to shoot
few couples.
I discovered that standing in front of a camera can be rather overwhelming for a men.

My advice:
Make sure that they know what to do.

A good idea is to discuss before photo
session examples
of poses.
Men are focused on performing a task.
They will feel much better during the
photo session if they know exactly what
is expected of them.

It was a perfect day with

I absolutely love the whole Hengistbury Head part of our
Coast and was very excited when got in touch
to capture their Spring Wedding Celebration.

These two wanted no fuss, just to capture this magical moment and have something to remember when one day they will be sitting and looking through the photo album pages.

Many women look at themselves
and see only a tired reflection.
They would never think of doing something for themselves such as a female photo session.
Maybe a hairdresser or a spa day, once every ten years.

I know that I generalize, but I know so many females which would never think of booking a photo session with a professional photographer.

I really can understand it. Do you know why?

My last professional photo session was taken around 17 years ago when I needed a portrait photos for my former business.

That is totally crazy.
But do I plan my dream photo session?
Yes I do.

I know that it will take place in a beautiful place in Poland.
That we will have to climb there, and that many people will be involved. I know it will not cost a pound but much more.
But I am so exited.

When it will happen? Probably in 2024.
Photo session needs to be planned,
and photographer needs to be available.
All this things we need to take under consideration
when planning photo session.
