🤍 From tiny newborn… to sitting up all by themselves 🤍
📸 One of my favourite things about being a newborn photographer is getting to watch these little people grow.
A newborn session captures those very first days, all those details you think you’ll remember forever.
Then, a few months later, they come back for their studio sitter session and suddenly everything has changed.
They’re sitting up, smiling, grabbing their toes, showing off their personality and giving you a glimpse of the little person they’re becoming.
Sitter sessions are usually around 6–10 months, when your baby can sit confidently but before they’re quite ready to disappear off in every direction.
They’re relaxed, playful and completely baby-led, with plenty of time for cuddles, smiles and those gorgeous little expressions that change by the day.
And I love creating the sessions in a way that feels connected to their newborn photographs, so when you look back at the images together, you can really see just how much they’ve grown.
Because that first year really does go by in a heartbeat.
Newborn to sitter… the most beautiful little transformation. 🤍
If your little one is approaching the sitting stage and you’d love to capture this part of their first year, get in touch and we can find a date that works for you.
