Join us for an unforgettable evening at our exclusive Glow Night & Flight Suit Disco on Friday, July 24 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

For just $20, experience glowing hot air balloons, performer meet & greets, static aircraft displays, live music, DJ entertainment, local market vendors, food trucks, an Ice Cream Social, and free parking.

As the sun sets, the balloons come to life and the party begins. This special Friday night event offers a unique opportunity to experience the festival in a more intimate and immersive setting before the weekend crowds arrive.

A beautiful flight over Medicine Hat on the Saturday morning of Rise Up Hot Air Balloon Festival. Had a great flight taking some of my crew up. Got to throw my first marker, and then followed Cameron Balloons Western Canada for a bit before landing.

We've got our paperwork in to hopefully be a part of the 2026 Heritage Inn International Balloon Festival.

Both of us have crewed for different balloons there over the past few years and we are super excited to get the chance to fly FORB for the first time at HIIBF.
