When I ask couples where they’re thinking of doing their engagement shoot, this is the kind of answer I love hearing 🥹

Not the location that’s most popular according to social media. Not the one they felt they were supposed to choose. But a place that actually means something.

These two love hiking, so Helderberg Nature Reserve felt like such a perfect choice 🌳 we had so much fun walking along the paths and stopping along the way to soak up and capture all the magical views.

I’m so excited for their wedding day next month 🫶🥰

Sunset at Signal Hill never gets old!

I’ve photographed so many sessions at this spot and I can totally understand why so many couples love it. Even though I’ve shot there so many times, the light is never exactly the same. Some nights it’s golden and soft, some nights the sky goes completely pink and on misty nights it feels like you’re floating above the clouds.

This one was for a wedding anniversary and I thought this was just the sweetest way to celebrate!

There is something SO special about being invited back into someone’s story to document a completely different season of their lives 🥹🤍

We turned their home into our own little studio situation and once again, I had so much fun capturing these two lovely humans!!

We spent an hour strolling through the greenery and florals to document and celebrate their wedding anniversary while in Cape Town 🤍🌳 I just love how these turned out!
