The coverage of each event will be as per client’s requirements from start to finish whether they would like photo / design / sound / video or a combination each of them. This will be an industry first as clients can now offer a multimedia package for distribution to media houses and the reach of their event will be a lot greater. Photography will all be shot in a RAW format to produce the highest

output quality. Images will be syndicated to either local or international media at an extra cost depending on the reach. A selection of the best images will be uploaded to www.4roomz.com as the event unfolds and will be marked as a LIVE event for other media or clients to purchase. As per client request, images will be uploaded to social media or blog sites and will also receive a selection of images after the event.
