4roomz - photography / design / multimedia / community FOUR ROOMZ - Visual Solutions Every event will be customised around the client’s needs and budget. This will include photography, design, sound and video.

The coverage of each event will be as per client’s requirements from start to finish whether they would like photo / design / sound / video or a combination each of them. This will be an industry first as clients can now offer a multimedia package for distribution to media houses and the reach of their event will be a lot greater. Photography will all be shot in a RAW format to produce the highest

output quality. Images will be syndicated to either local or international media at an extra cost depending on the reach. A selection of the best images will be uploaded to www.4roomz.com as the event unfolds and will be marked as a LIVE event for other media or clients to purchase. As per client request, images will be uploaded to social media or blog sites and will also receive a selection of images after the event.
