What a beautiful autumn we had last year!

I love photographing in all seasons. The light has its own special qualities in each one! I love the bright airy feeling of spring light, the lingering rays of summertime sunsets, and the richness of fall. Even winter is a joy with its cool subtleties.

Anyways you can catch me photographing all year! I have spring Family Minis coming up in May, only $250! And then back to full sessions only this summer and fall.

The temperatures are creeping up, the days are slowly getting longer, dare I say I *think* spring is really springing?!?

I still haven't shared all the lovely photos from this fall, and despite the snow today I am thinking about spring! Spring family mini sessions went great last year, so I'm thinking of offering them again this year. (Note: I will only take full family sessions during the summer and fall, so this is your only chance at these!) Help me out! Spring Family Minis this year??

Happy International Women's Day to all the wildly fierce, dynamic, resilient, and inspirational women out there! We could never be defined by a single word or phrase. Special that you to those who have chosen me over the years to document all the bad ass versions of womanhood that exist. Keep blazing trails.

Feeling like trying to add some Empowerment Sessions to my calendar this year. I miss them. I miss that creativity and girlhood! It will be at a much smaller/simpler scale, but I think still equally magical. What do you think? Do these need to come back??

The snow is beautiful. Heck, I even enjoy a few days of frigid air. But the one thing about winter that is just. so. hard? The dark! Missing longer days right now. Good news is the days ARE getting longer!
