Some moments just rise above the rest—and this was one of them.
Molly Tuttle has been one of my favorite performers for a long time, and getting to capture her live TWICE at MerleFest 2026 was something special.

Out of everything I photographed this weekend, these are two of my favorite images from the entire festival. There’s just something about her presence, her talent, and the way she connects through music that makes every moment unforgettable.

My only regret is that I forgot to take my “City of Gold” vinyl to get her autograph when I was able to speak to her and compliment her performance backstage.

Truly inspiring—both on stage and behind the lens.

Final day at MerleFest and I’m not slowing down. There’s something about Sundays here—equal parts excitement and not wanting it to end. Grateful for every moment I get to capture today.

Still thinking about last night…

From the powerhouse sound of Blackberry Smoke to the legendary energy of Sam Bush and the incredible presence of Maggie Rose —Saturday night was something special.

Moments like that are what make MerleFest unforgettable.

And now… we roll into Sunday. One more day to soak it all in.

One of my personal highlights from today at MerleFest 2026 🙌

I was especially excited for these sets — Buffalo Traffic Jam was actually one of my requested assignments, and they did NOT disappoint.

These Montana natives are a regular part of my morning workout playlist, so getting to photograph them live on the Americana and Cabin stages was such a full-circle moment. Unique, authentic sound, and just an all-around great performance.

Definitely one I won’t forget—and I came away with some shots I’m really excited about .

The dance tent at MerleFest was absolutely electric for The Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band.

Packed crowd, nonstop movement, and one of the wildest moments of the day—the washboard was literally ON FIRE. 🔥
Hands down one of the highest energy performances I’ve seen all weekend, and my camera definitely got a workout. So many incredible shots from this set… can’t wait to share more.
