Milky Way season is here and I for one can’t wait to get out into the wilderness and enjoy those late night scenes, the long exposures and the excitement of seeing the photo on the back of the screen! Looking to pack up the car, fix my roof top tent and get out and connect with what I love. Lots of good opportunities coming up - where is one of your favorite spots to shoot Milky Way? I absolutely love this time of year! I’m happy for a couple days of rain and then I have a vision for Thursday/Friday evening I’d like to see come to life. A little dance of color and light all in one timelapse - weather seems to be looking good for it 🤞 Ready for another game with the boys tonight ⚽️ 💪

Who doesn’t love a little Spring cleaning?! 😮‍💨 These past couple weekends have been absolutely beautiful. Got to spend some incredible time in the Gorge and definitely got quite a fill of Cannon Beach this weekend! Looking forward to a busy week ahead and we’ll see where the wind takes me this upcoming weekend 🤞 Happy Monday!

The changing of the seasons - it’s been a beautiful weekend and today I got up early, drove downtown to see the Cherry Blossoms 🌸 in full bloom and enjoy a nice little sunrise over Mt Hood! There’s some good vibes in the air, get out and enjoy these views while you can

Peek-a-boo 🌕 - gotta love when you’re able to line some shots! Next full moon is coming April 1st…will we get some clear weather to line something up?! I have to say, I was a bit bummed to miss the blood red moon line up a couple weeks ago. It’s time to line some goodies up and start prepping for a Milky Way night or two 😮‍💨

St. Thomas - This has been such an incredible trip already with some of my oldest friends! I’ve known these 2 since 1st and 3rd grade and it’s been so cool to see them reconnect after so many years am honored they insisted on my being their photographer (even after cautioning them that I don’t do weddings 🤭) but give me some good light, a tropical destination, and some incredible natural framing and I’m sold! Really really happy to see how everything turned out and knowing they are just so happy with the photos we got that day (and more 😋). Thank you for trusting me and Congratulations to Brandon and Candi!

Honestly, I just wanted to share something pretty on my feed - I’ve seen so much negativity out there. 😓

In 7 days I’ll be heading to some beautiful tropical 🌴 island! A much needed break and REALLY looking forward to getting some sun on my skin again lol.

I chose the photos I took in Kauai because they resemble some of the most beautiful real places I’ve seen and it’s get scary these days because sometimes, we don’t know what to believe when we see it anymore.

I’m just here to keep it REAL with you🫵

Over here just absolutely day dreaming of some beautiful snowy conditions. Hoping everyone is safe in the Midwest and east coast with all that snow they are getting but I gotta say, I’m quite jealous right now!! Hoping after I get back from St Thomas I’ll be able to go pick up my Fusion pass and actually enjoy some time up on Hood again ❄️ Dry January has been VERY dry haha. I’m ready for a tasty beverage and to make some snow angels soon!
