✨ The Newborn Stage Goes By in the Blink of an Eye 🥹🤍

I have been LOVING capturing in-home newborn sessions lately! 🍼✨

After 11 years of having one child, I became a mom of two little girls 9 months ago, and this time around I’ve been holding these moments a little closer. 🥹 Knowing I probably won’t get to experience the newborn stage again (even though I’d absolutely love to 😭) has given me such a different perspective.

Since starting over as a new mom, these in-home newborn sessions have become even more meaningful to me. There is just something so special about documenting those sleepy snuggles, tiny fingers and toes, milk-drunk smiles, and all the little moments that become big memories. 🤍

And now… my baby is already 9 months old! 😭 She’s babbling nonstop, showing off her little personality, and will probably be walking any day now. How did that happen so fast?! Time truly flies.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: the newborn stage is so short. These are the moments you’ll never get back, but you’ll always have your photographs to take you right back to them.
