NERVOUS IS NORMAL

I hear those words all the time — and that’s perfectly normal.
You’re trying something new and putting yourself outside your normal comfort zone. My job is to make the studio a comfortable, relaxed space and guide you one pose at a time.
Those nerves usually don’t stick around for very long.
