The Pacific Northwest absolutely shines in the spring.

We have layers of blooms that show up one after another, starting with the cherry blossoms in late March and early April, followed by the peonies in May, often alongside some of the most beautiful rose gardens of the year.

It’s also that magical time when everything is still lush, green, and vibrant before the summer heat turns our grasses golden.

Because these blooms only last for a short time, I’ll be opening a limited number of spring flower sessions for seniors who dream of photos surrounded by blossoms.

Already have your senior session planned? Many girls choose to add a spring flower shoot as an extra session for a completely different look. Or maybe you’ve been waiting for flowers all along and want your senior photos during peak bloom season.

Either way, I have a waitlist open now. Join the list and you’ll be the first to receive dates, details, and booking information when spring sessions are released.

Trust me… these are some of the prettiest weeks of the year in the Pacific Northwest. 🌸

Carolina Sessions

Dreaming of senior photos somewhere a little different? This isn’t just for Carolina locals! If you’ve been wanting a travel senior session in a beautiful coastal town with charming streets, colorful architecture, pink buildings, and gorgeous backdrops, this could be the perfect opportunity.

I’ll be photographing in the Carolinas this October and would love to add a few senior sessions while I’m there. These locations are especially perfect for girls who want something feminine, unique, and completely different from what everyone else is doing. If you’re looking for senior photos that stand out and feel like an experience, let’s chat!

Wilmington, NC: October 24–25

Charleston, SC: October 26–27

If you’re interested in a senior session, send me a DM. I’d love to tell you what’s available and see if we’re a good fit.

We may have been one red cap and gown short for this graduation session… but thankfully these girls understood the assignment.

There was a whole lot of cap and gown trading happening behind the scenes so everyone could get their moment, love some true friends.

Now they’re all headed in completely different directions: New York (on a modeling contract, no big deal), South Carolina, Arizona, Seattle—and now this little chapter of life is over.

Also, a fun full circle moment for me: I photographed Char’s older sister years ago, and now both sisters are in Charleston. I already have plans to photograph sorority girls, so apparently Charleston and I are entering our era together. Pink buildings, southern charm, cute outfits… sounds terrible.

Congrats, Char and friends. Thanks for letting me celebrate this milestone with you! You were all the sweetest!

Peonies in the sunshine :) I’ve made it a goal this year to be photograph in more flower fields. This is my first of the season with lil. I bought this dress for my workshop (OMG the amount of dresses I’ve purchased) but couldn’t resist using it for this shoot. It fit lil like a glove! The Adelman Peony gardens are spectacular!!! THE SMELL!! The vastness of the fields. A dream! I’m thinking of offering exclusive peony shoots next year. What do you think?

What an absolute dream and honestly just so lucky to experience this. Watching my son earn his master’s degree in the south of France is already pretty incredible, but getting to photograph his graduation too felt like I won the mom/photographer lottery.

I finally got to meet all the friends I’ve been hearing about for years and see this amazing life he’s built for himself over here. It was exciting getting a little peek into his world and seeing him so happy and having such a good time.

Proud, in awe, a little nostalgic… and also still acting like a photographer first and a mom second by taking way too many photos. Some things never change.

The final Class of 2026 model team shoot 🥰🥰🥰

I decided to go with a black and white formal theme this year with white caps and black dresses because apparently I’m a rebel. Do I have to shoot white dresses every year? I don’t think so. Next year maybe we go red. Why not?

I loved how it turned out. It felt classic but a little unexpected. Then we switched into the traditional jeans and college tees for the second part of the day. And we even got some backlight, which made me ridiculously happy. PNW weather can be so flat sometimes, but a little magic light behind you changes everything.

The end of senior year always feels bittersweet for these girls and their families. As a mom, I know that feeling so well. I’ve had some endings lately with my own kids graduating too. It’s exciting and beautiful and full of possibility, but it also marks the passing of time in a way that hits me right in the heart.

Part of me wants to keep them little forever. Maybe because then I get to stay young too.

But time keeps moving whether we’re ready or not. And maybe that’s what makes these moments matter so much. Happy graduation ladies! Stay little for just a few weeks more please. Love, all the moms.
