First headshot station of the year here at JW Marriott with Continental.

Event headshot stations are easily one of my favorite things to shoot. I get to meet people from incredible companies from all over the country (and world), and it’s nonstop in the best way. Fast-paced, high energy, and all about helping people look their best.

If you’re at the JW today, come say hello — I’m set up in the San Xavier Room on the 3rd floor.

New headshots for the team at Larsen Baker, LLC here in Tucson.

Larsen Baker is one of Southern Arizona’s leading commercial real estate firms, specializing in commercial leasing, sales, development and property management. They have been a major part of Tucson’s business community for decades and it shows in the people they hire and the culture they build.

One of my favorite parts of working with companies like this is photographing their new hires. When a company has a clear brand and a great onboarding process, it makes everything smoother for the team and the final images stay consistent and professional across the board.

I get to meet a lot of people in these sessions and the companies I work with tend to be the ones people are genuinely excited to be part of. That kind of culture always comes through in the studio.

What does your new hire headshot process look like?

I had the chance to photograph someone I truly look up to for the Better Business Bureau Serving Southern Arizona first ever magazine — Dominic Ortega.

If you’ve ever been around Dominic, you know exactly what I mean. He shows up for everyone. He gives his time, his energy, his encouragement, and somehow still finds a way to make people smile everywhere he goes. I swear he attends more events than the LA paparazzi, and it’s all because he genuinely cares about people and our community.

Thank you for being the incredible human you are, Dominic. I appreciate you more than you know.

Photographing the new Pima County Northwest Service Center with Lloyd Construction Company, Inc. was such a cool Tucson moment for me.

This site used to be Golden Pins Lanes, and seeing how they preserved pieces of its history — like the curved rock wall and even parts of the bowling lanes — inside this beautiful new space is pretty amazing.

I love getting to document projects that connect Tucson’s past with its future. Huge shoutout to the Lloyd Construction team for such thoughtful work.

One of my favorite things about working with companies at annual meetings is getting to photograph everyone while they’re actually all together — and this one with Cresta was a great example of why that matters.

Cresta creates AI tools that help contact center teams perform better in real time, giving agents guidance that makes customer conversations more effective and more human. You can really feel how much they value their people.

We set up a headshot station during their meeting at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, and this is often the only time a full team is together all year. Getting headshots done at events like this is a smart move — it keeps everyone’s photos consistent, saves a lot compared to individual sessions, and helps the whole team show up professionally online.

Huge thanks to the Cresta team for being so great to work with. Teams like this make projects like these a lot of fun.

New headshots for an amazing Realtor in our community!

This session meant a lot to me—not just because Aissa was wonderful to work with, but because I’ve also had the privilege of photographing her mom and brother, who are both Realtors as well. Seeing them now come together and work as a team is pretty special.

As someone who works alongside his wife, I love seeing families build businesses together, support one another, and grow side by side. There’s something really meaningful about that kind of partnership.

So grateful to play a small role in stories like this and to be part of such a strong, supportive community.

As the year wraps up, I just want to take a moment to say thank you.

To everyone who supported, collaborated, referred, trusted, and worked with us in 2025 — we are incredibly grateful. Working with so many amazing people and teams is something we never take for granted, and we truly appreciate you choosing to support our little family business.

2025 was another record year for us, and that growth wouldn’t be possible without incredible clients and partners like you. Being part of your projects, teams, and stories continues to be the most rewarding part of what we do.

We’ll be taking a short break from December 20 – January 5 to recharge and spend time with family, but I’m always reachable by email or cell if anything comes up.

Thank you again for an amazing year. Wishing you, your families, and your teams a happy, healthy, and relaxing holiday season — and I can’t wait to see what we create together in 2026.

Happy 6th Anniversary to the love of my life and my best friend .

You are hands down the best decision I’ve ever made, and I truly can’t picture my life without you.

Life has thrown us some curveballs since we met, but honestly, must’ve taken one look at us and thought, “Yeah… these two can handle anything.” And they were right.

You’re my rock, my sounding board, my advisor, my calm in the chaos, and my best friend.
(Yes, yes I know. I need to hang out with my other friends more. I hear you.)

You’re the best mom in the entire world, and I am so proud of everything you do. I’m proud to call myself your husband… or your ex-boyfriend, whichever title you’re feeling today.

Thank you for being you, for loving me the way you do, and for choosing this crazy life with me.

Now let’s start planning that 10-year vow renewal.

Go find that feeling.

Go find that feeling.

Here’s what my morning or really anytime editing set up at the studio. Looks like if I’m not doing anything too crazy. I like to set my laptop up to edit photos and then I can watch videos on YouTube about business, photography, videography. I really need some kind of noise or something going on while I edit. I’ve been that way since I was a kid. And then I have my other computer to send emails and things like that because I get easily distracted if I’m doing multiple things on one computer.

That’s a quick set up .
