This month's women's circle will be a little different than usual!

We will open our time together with a special practice from Vanessa Williams Ramos of She will lead us through a 30-minute gentle, self-touch practice to support the fascia and release tension. And with our remaining time, we will circle for ritual sharing as we normally do.
