So often our own words and thoughts are what keep us chained. We hear those running more than we ever hear anyone else’s, but because we hear them we often find our selves assuming others may think that about us too.

The most interesting thing Ive discovered in this work is how small it makes women play- and almost always those thoughts and words she now says to herself, although it feels like her, actually came from someone else.

A grandmother who tried to protect her for society.
A mother who was replaying her mother’s role.
A kid in middle school who probably struggled with themselves so much to turned it on her instead.

Words and scripts now planted in her mind as truth that she carries for the rest of her life.

That is what I am out here undoing. That is what I am creating the space for you to undo.

Coming back to you means undoing all the things that have made yourself live inside of because of other’s scripts and feelings.

It’s time to find the ones you want to live inside.

One of the common next steps after a woman comes in for herself, is a second session where she really let’s go and/or a session with her significant other to let go and embrace this part of them together. There is so much to your love story- and this part deserves your admiration too 🔥

Bold Colors and bold self expressions, artsy black & white, maybe it’s baring it all- including your soul, or just a little seductive and suggestive. Each session is tailored to the woman in front of the camera, and how she needs to see herself right now.

Your body has been with you through everything.

Every hard year. Every loss. Every season where you pushed through things you probably should not have had to push through alone.

She kept going when you were running on nothing.

She stayed when you spoke unkindly to her. When you ignored her. When you looked in the mirror and decided she was the problem.

She is still here.

Still showing up. Still carrying you. Still keeping you going — even when you gave her very little reason to believe you were on her side.

At some point it becomes worth asking — when was the last time you gave her what you give so freely to everyone else you love?

Grace.

Patience.

The quiet decision to be on her side for once.

She has earned it. Probably a hundred times over by now.

It’s time to give her what you both deserve. Self acceptance, maybe even a little self love.

A few mid week reminders for you.

So many women come in with every reason they believed they would be the one this wouldn’t work for.

Too big. Too thin. Too “not photogenic”. Too old. Too self conscious. Too far from where they thought they needed to be first.

They leave instead with evidence that none of that was ever true.

What was always there was always enough. They just needed a space safe enough and a mind and heart ready enough to finally see it.

That is The Undoing that happens in your session.
