Not your average team photo day!

The Arizona Arsenal Girls U-12 team showed up ready, and they were so much fun to photograph! The jerseys. The soccer balls. The lights. The backdrop. The little bit of attitude. I loved getting to make these feel more like the girls and less like a quick “stand here and smile” photo.

I still love the clean team photos parents need. But I also want the ones that feel like this season. The confidence. The friendships. The sport they love. The part of childhood that moves way too fast.

This was such an awesome one to see in print.

I had the chance to photograph Debbie Sinani and the Sinani Luxury Advisors Team for the August issue of Scottsdale Real Producers, and one of the photos has been featured on the cover.

Debbie has built such a strong name in Scottsdale real estate, especially in North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley luxury homes. But what I loved most about photographing her team was getting to show the people behind that work.

The confidence. The connection. The way a team carries itself when they know what they’re building and who they’re serving.

That’s always what I’m looking for in branding and editorial sessions. Not just a clean headshot. Not just everyone standing in the right spot.

I want the photos to feel like the business.

And for a real estate team, that matters. People want to see who they’re trusting, who they’re calling, and who is going to walk with them through such a huge decision.

Congratulations to Debbie and the Sinani Luxury Advisors Team on the feature. So grateful I got to photograph this one.

I think about my clients way more than they probably know.

The real estate agents building a name in Scottsdale. The medspa owner who cares so much about the way people feel when they walk through her doors. The mortgage guy trying to make a stressful process feel a little less overwhelming. The business owners who are doing the work, showing up, and trying to build something that actually means something to them.

I think about all of that when I’m photographing them.

Not just where they should stand or if the light is good.

I’m thinking about their website. Their content. Their clients. The way someone feels when they land on their page and decides whether they trust them enough to reach out.

That matters to me because these are not just photos to post once and forget about. They’re part of the business they’re building.

And I really do care about getting that right!
