This summer has felt long—beautiful, exhausting, messy, joyful… sometimes all in the same day.

I’ve learned a lot about myself, too. Sometimes I wish I could be this magical little robot who could be a mom, wife, run a business, keep everyone happy and never get overwhelmed. 😂 But really… what would be the fun in that?

I’m human. I love deeply, I get tired, I make mistakes, I learn, and I get to try again.

And these people right here are my why. ❤️

Today we also get to celebrate the man right in the middle of it all. Happy birthday to my husband. Thank you for loving me through every version of myself and for building this crazy, beautiful life with me.

And to every family who has booked me, shared my work, recommended me, or simply cheered me on—thank you. When you support my little photography business, you’re supporting the family in these pictures.

It’s been a long summer, but it’s been ours. And I wouldn’t trade this messy, imperfect, beautiful life for anything. ❤️

Can we all agree that getting everyone ready for family photos deserves an award? 😂

Someone can’t find a shoe. Dad is asking if he really has to wear that shirt. One kid is already covered in snacks, and someone is on the verge of a meltdown before you even leave the house.

And somehow… those always end up being my favorite sessions.

The laughs are real, the cuddles are genuine, and those perfectly imperfect moments become the photos you treasure most.
