Let me guess, you’re worried about what your family will think if you set a boundary for your wedding day. Worried about what your friends will think if you make a decision they don’t like. And while it’s not about them, I know those people matter to you.
I’ve been there. I know it’s easier said than done. And ultimately, it’s gonna come down to what you and your spouse decide works best for you. And that’s the only thing that matters. There were tough decisions we had to make. Choices people didn’t love. But those choices made the most sense for us on our wedding day.
And I’ll admit, my decade of experience in this industry factored into a lot of those decisions, but I knew what I wanted...
You’ll see trends online, bride advice all over the internet, and something new popping up every second, but let this be your reminder that this is your day. Make every decision together as a united front. Be gracious where you can and firm where it matters. There were things we compromised on because it mattered more to one of us, or things we decided to let go of because the feeling of the day mattered more than digging our heels in.
You know deep down what’s gonna bring you peace on your wedding day and in the future after your wedding day is done. Prioritize THAT peace. The kind that you can live with after the day is said and done.
And I just can’t wait to see you glow on your wedding day…being surrounded by all those people who love you, knowing you put your heart and soul into this day. It’s gonna be perfect because it’s more about your marriage and commitment to each other than any planning detail that’s stressing you out.
I’ll capture all those details, sure. But I’m gonna capture the heart of your day more🤎 let’s chat about your wedding and bring THAT to life✨
