Lights, camera, FABULOUS! ✨🎭

One of my true loves has always been art, and I finally got to step back behind the lens to create some serious magic. This time, I had the absolute pleasure of working with the one and only Miss Trinna Modelle—a true vision, an icon, and dare I say, perfection!

From the moment she stepped in front of my camera, it was pure energy—fun, fierce, and oh-so-humble. And did I mention she’s a spot-on Madonna? Wait until you see her other transformations… trust me, you’re not ready!

This shoot was everything. A golden goddess moment. A dream collaboration. And best of all, a return to doing what I love. Now that the kiddos are growing, I get to dive back into making art again. Who’s next?! Let’s create something incredible. 📸🔥

Ten beautiful years ago, we said our I Do’s and after all was said and done, and my knees stopped shaking, I realized that something I knew would happen, yet still longed for every second of every day, had just come to pass. I landed the perfect man. WHAAAAAT? How did I do that? I don’t know, sorry. I’m not perfect. In fact, I’m so far from it that I’m not even in the competition and yet, he chose me too. Shocked, bewildered, incredibly thankful and humbled, we set sail, officially together.
Ten years later, we haven’t changed…at all! We still scare and prank each other, love animals, spoil our kiddos, buy too many plants, daydream, get our feet tangled up and laugh until our we nearly pass out. He teaches me something new every single day. He is my idol and best role model in patience, love, kindness and gratitude that I will ever see.
He has accomplished so many monumental achievements both professionally and personally and is respected and sought after for his knowledge and advice internationally. Yes, I am bragging because I am so proud of him and am humbled to call him my husband and partner in crime. Our life is a whirlwind of activities and responsibilities and yet I’ll wake up in the middle of the night to him rubbing my back to make sure I sleep well, he’ll walk in from work with an arm full of groceries and hand me a huge bouquet of flowers “just because I love you” he says.
He is everything I have ever wished for and 10 years is just a tiny piece of eternity that I want to share with him.
I love you more than I will ever be able to explain, Matthew Slater! Thank you for day in and day out of a perfect life. Happy anniversary, my beautiful, handsome, perfect husband!!

I just love these two…and I love the picture as well! The love they share is incredible and inspiring. Also, it helps that they are both insanely gorgeous!
I am always working with what is available at a location shoot. This was photographed in front of sliding glass doors in their kitchen! The light was just right and we took advantage of it.

This photo popped up as a memory and I just wanted to share it again. I remember taking this shot in Hawaii and thinking I could never get tired of seeing scenes like this. I have to tell myself this all the time. Sometimes we get so bogged down in the details of life that we forget to look at the bigger picture. In this case I was trying to walk, 🤣 I took a breath and raised my chin up to see this.
