I'm Ashton and I'm a photographer in the area. Starting out, I was located in beautiful Onslow County, NC but have since moved back to my home area of Belmont County, OH. Besides photography, I have a passion for being a wife to my loving husband and mother to four beautiful children. I have been practicing photography for a few years but have had a huge drive for it since I was a little girl. I g

rew up always wanting to take photos of family members and as I got older I realized the love I truly had for capturing memories of my children and my friends. Watching you all step into this next chapter has been such an honor. From the nervous laughs at the beginning of your sessions to the confidence that shined through by the end, every single one of you made this year unforgettable.

Thank you for trusting me to capture such a huge milestone in your lives. I truly don’t take it lightly that you chose me to freeze these moments forever. Getting to hear your dreams, your plans, your stories, and seeing your personalities come alive in front of my camera is one of my favorite parts of this job.

I am beyond grateful for every session, every shared post, every recommendation, and every family who supported my small business this senior season.

Three Nails Photos is heading back to where it all started 🤍

This fall, I’ll officially be relocating back to North Carolina — a place that holds so much history for me personally and professionally. While this move is bittersweet, I’m beyond excited for this next chapter and everything it will bring for my business and family.

To all of my Ohio clients: THANK YOU. You all helped build Three Nails Photos into what it is today, and I’ve made so many new connections and friends. Because of that, I absolutely plan to come back to Ohio for sessions during select seasons throughout the year, so this is definitely not goodbye forever 😊

I’ll also continue booking Ohio weddings! Weddings outside of North Carolina will just include a travel fee moving forward.

I am continuing to offer ALL the sessions from now until October. Book now before I fill up.

I cannot wait to continue documenting your lives — whether that’s in North Carolina, Ohio, or wherever your story takes us. Thank you all for supporting my dream from the very beginning 🫶

One of the biggest compliments I could ever receive as a photographer is when my clients trust me enough to send their family and friends my way 🤍

There’s something so special about starting with one session and then suddenly I’m photographing sisters, cousins, best friends, grandparents, babies, engagements… entire families. It means the world to know people not only love their photos, but love the experience enough to recommend me to the people they care about most.

This job will always be about more than pictures to me. It’s about the connections, the trust, the laughs during sessions, and becoming part of people’s biggest moments in life.

So thank you for sharing my name, supporting my small business, and continuing to choose me over and over again. I’ll never stop being grateful for it 🤍

One of my favorite parts about being a photographer is the families I get to know and love along the way 🤍

Some clients become so much more than “just a session.” I photographed this sweet family’s maternity session, then their Fresh 48, and now their family session… with a 1st birthday session coming up soon too 🥹 Watching families grow right in front of my camera is something I’ll never take for granted.

This session included a full-on hike through the woods, crying + laughing kiddos, 3 generations of wonderful people, dodging branches, laughing the entire way, and honestly… it was so much fun 😂 These are the moments that make me love my job even more. The photos are beautiful, but the memories made behind them mean just as much. You’ll have to take my word for it that sweet baby girl is an absolute doll. 🎀

Forever thankful for the people this job brings into my life 🤍
