Life is hard.

Some days it’s PTSD. Some days it’s anxiety or depression. Some days it’s healing from an old relationship, or grieving a loved one who’s no longer with us. Some days it’s all of it at once.

Some days you can feel sad, angry, confused, exhausted, etc.

But you have to keep showing up.

The goal isn’t to feel the right emotion.

The goal is to keep moving anyway.

Because the best stories aren’t written when life is easy. They’re written when you face life’s hardest challenges and refuse to let them define you.

So show up. Keep moving forward. And be grateful for what you have.

Here’s a caption that fits your documentary, story-driven style:

Some of the most meaningful moments of a wedding day happen before anyone walks down the aisle.

For Lisa, that meant slowing down for a few quiet minutes with one of her best friends đŸ¶

Long before the music starts and the guests arrive, there are these little moments that often become the ones you treasure most. A wagging tail, a familiar face, and a reminder to be present before the day takes off.

If your dog has been part of your story, they deserve to be part of your wedding day too. Whether they’re walking down the aisle, hanging out while you get ready, or just stopping by for a few cuddles, those memories are always worth making.

The photos you’ll treasure most probably weren’t planned.

Some of my favorite wedding photos happen in the moments between the big moments.

Walking to the ceremony. Taking a deep breath before seeing each other. Laughing with your bridal party. Holding hands as you move from one chapter of the day to the next.

No posing. No direction. Just real moments unfolding naturally.

That’s why I take a documentary approach. I want you to be fully present, not worrying about the camera.

Years from now, these are the photographs that won’t just remind you what your wedding looked like. They’ll remind you exactly how it felt.
