Randomly wandering through the woods yesterday, I came across this mushroom from the genus Russula nestled among the pine needles.

I was taking some time to process some sad news when I came across this fungus off the beaten path. Sending some thoughts while looking at this mushroom; the sadness didn’t go away, but something about being surrounded by nature helps.
