Lauren and Cory are parents and are totally nailing it! I met Lauren and Cory when I photographed their wedding day in 2023 and got to visit their home for their newborn session this week. Walking through their home felt so special & intentional. My favorite part being baby Wesley’s nursery! Both Cory & Lauren had Winne the Pooh nursery’s growing up & incorporated pieces from both their nursery’s in their son’s room! 💕Mom and dad also hand embroidered decor which made it extra special.

When the weather is this good- I love adding some outdoor portraits to your gallery! Barefoot in your backyard is just the best❤️ Of course, we also took lots of photos in baby Matthew’s nursery with the coolest safari theme complete with framed photos that mom and dad took out in the wild themselves of zebras, lions, elephants, and giraffes! 🐘🐆🦒🦓

Deanna & Mike are married! While it was such a beautiful day, what stood out the most was the overwhelming feeling of ease and joy that radiated from everyone present! Even when facing less than ideal conditions (like when it began to rain right as Deanna reached the front of the aisle during their outdoor ceremony!) Deanna and Mike were so filled with happiness! They decided to continue their ceremony under an awning and guests quickly hurried under cover and watched these two exchange their vows! It was nothing but smiles & laughter and a whole lot of love.
It’s natural to want everything to go perfect on your wedding day. You put SO much work into planning for everything, but when the day comes, if you can let go and live the moments, they’re truly worth being present for❤️
