I’ve spent years photographing amazing high school seniors, and somehow I still cannot believe the time has come to start photographing my very own senior. ❤️

We started a little early with some photos on the tennis court, and it already has me feeling nostalgic thinking about how quickly this season of life has arrived. Senior year is such a special chapter filled with memories and excitement.

Getting to experience this both as a mom and as a photographer feels incredibly special, and it makes me even more excited for all of the amazing seniors in the Class of 2027. I cannot wait to capture this season for so many incredible incoming seniors!

It might be a little quiet on here, but I have definitely been busy. During November and December I was photographing at several organizations, including three gymnastics gyms. Nearly 400 gymnasts stepped in front of my camera! The energy, talent, and dedication in those gyms was incredible!

I also just wrapped up a shoot with Brighton Youth Wrestling and had a blast watching the kids show off their strength and hard earned moves!

I truly enjoy photographing sports organizations and team picture days, capturing memories for young athletes. I have two big organizations lined up for next month, but I am always open to connecting with more sports programs. Whether it is dance, gymnastics, wrestling, soccer, baseball, basketball, or beyond. I would love to talk about how I can support your team!

Their family shares the same birth order as mine, girl-boy-girl and I think their third born is going to be a little firecracker just like mine!

I had a little fun in the studio a few weeks ago, photographing my nephews in their soccer uniforms. I love watching them play and it was nice to create some keepsake images for my sister. Feeling especially grateful today as I share a few images from a family I have had the joy of photographing for more than a decade. Watching their kids grow has been one of the best parts of my job. It has been a busy stretch for photographers and most of my days have been spent behind the scenes at preschools and large sports organizations. Even in the middle of all that, I wanted to share a few images of a local Pinckney Pirate soccer player I recently photographed. His mom brought him in to get some keepsake photos in his uniform and it was great to create something special for them. I also offer individual sport mini sessions for athletes who want professional images in their uniforms, so feel free to reach out if you need updated photos.

Sneak peek from this sweet session! All of these kids are cousins/siblings, and I’ve had the joy of photographing each of them since they were little. It’s such a privilege to watch them grow, see their bond, and have their families come back to me year after year. Sessions like this remind me why I love what I do.
