Leaving 2025 on a high note. Usually I’m photographing couples and weddings, but once in awhile I get my own kids to begrudingly pose for me. This image of my daughter in her Halloween costume was selected to be the on the back cover of Stellar Exposure Magazine and earn me the title of a featured artist!!! How cool is that?!

Shay and Kyle’s Metamora Wedding was such a beautiful collaboration, two photographers teaming up to tell one story. Even in the 90° heat and heavy humidity, their day was full of laughter, love, and so many personal touches.

From their emotional back-to-back vows to Shay’s unforgettable entrance on horseback, every moment felt intentional and true to them.

🦏✨ Today is World Rhino Day, and if you’ve ever wondered why a rhino is part of my logo, this is why. Rhinos aren’t just ridiculously cute (yes, I said it 😅). They also symbolize wisdom, groundedness, freedom, and gratitude for the everyday miracles around us.

That’s exactly how I approach photography: pausing, noticing, and honoring the beauty in each fleeting moment. Just like the rhino, my work is all about being present, staying connected to nature, and celebrating life in its truest form. 🌿📸

Here’s to the mighty rhino and to slowing down long enough to see the magic right in front of us. 💛
