Riley’s mom and dad are getting married!!!

From the first call I had with Nick I knew this was going to be a good one! After a few weeks of planning what was supposed to be a few weeks out proposal I got a “do you have plans in 3 days” text. Long story short, once the ring arrived it was go time and it couldn’t have been any better!!!

Congrats to Nick and Claire on being ENGAGED!!!!!

Heading back to The Ranch at Lake Sonoma soon — which means my 2026 wedding season is 3/4 of the way through!! How has this year gone by so quickly!

From your morning in jammies getting ready with your people. To vows under an oak tree. All the way to the end of the night when you are still dancing. One day, three completely different kinds of light — and I capture all of it.

A glimpse into a highlights of a beautiful day spent at MacArthur Place in Sonoma as it unfolds. Sweet moments with mom. The first look. The way they laughed through the whole ceremony. Leading into the beautiful moments shared as husband and wife. This is why I always ask for a little more time in the morning than couples think they need — the story only works if I catch the beginning.

There’s a kind of light you can’t fake. This was just minutes after we thought we had fully lost the light behind the trees at Summer and Carson’s Kelseyville wedding, but Mother Nature had plenty more in store!

This is the whole reason I chase golden hour timelines with every couple. Not for the photo everyone expects. For the one nobody does.
