made my breastfeeding fiancée this beef stew

**Ingredients:**
2.5 lbs chuck roast
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped yellow onion
2 cups chopped celery
4 tsp minced garlic
Dash of oregano
Dash of rosemary
2 tbsp tomato paste
32 oz beef broth
2 cups sliced carrots
1 cup Pinot Noir or other dry red wine
*you can substitute the wine with water or more beef broth*
1 24 oz bag petite gold potatoes, cut in half
