4 years ago today, I was on a photography assignment for Delta Air Lines x American Express in Amsterdam. Here are some photographs I had captured on my LUMIX Official Instagram.

Braden was there of course, and we got to savor every moment of it.

For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I made four photographs to the Estée Lauder Breast Cancer Campaign in partnership with Fotografiska. The series is called Mu Lan — named for my mother.

For years she has received annual mammograms, carrying a heightened risk quietly and without fear. I made these images through a custom infrared process that draws out the warmth beneath the surface of the bloom — what the eye cannot see without looking carefully, without returning to look again.

This project grows one year at a time. A new image made around each of her appointments. A living archive of continued health, continued watch, continued bloom.

The Calla lily that keeps coming back. This one’s for her.

An earthly plaque with a beautiful message installed by the previous owner of the house. I took this photograph back in 2023 when we first moved in. It’s since been overrun by all the flora and fauna surrounding it.

I love you so much, Braden.
