Jesus Ramirez Molina kidnapped a 13 year old girl and committed several other crimes afterwards.

It's people like this that deserve street justice!

The courts here in Washington will probably just give him a short sentence and he'll be out on the streets in a year or two.

Please do not attempt to take the law into your own hands. Let the courts handle the situation. These people aren't worth risking your life or getting a criminal conviction for.

Damon Wiffen, 33 from Thurston County is wanted by the Washington State Department of Corrections for violating the terms of his community custody on the original charge of Theft in the 2nd Degree.

A Secretary's Warrant was issued for his arrest on July 2nd, 2026.

⚠️ Stabbing Suspect Arrested ⚠️

On August 31st, around 1:30 a.m., Pierce County Sheriff deputies responded to the Hobo Inn in Elbe following reports of a stabbing.

Deputies learned that a male had stabbed a female multiple time.

The victim had already been transported to a local hospital, by other witnesses on scene.

The 40-year-old female victim was treated for three stab wounds and non-life-threatening injuries.

When deputies arrived in Elbe, the 21-year-old male suspect was still on scene and was covered in blood.

Deputies determined the man was heavily intoxicated and took him into custody without further incident.

The suspect was booked into the Pierce County Jail for Assault in the First Degree.

⚠️ Domestic Violence Order Violation ⚠️

On August 28th around 11:30 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a domestic violence court order violation in progress after a woman’s ex-husband, who appeared to be intoxicated, showed up at her bedroom window.

The victim immediately called 911 and reported that the man was leaving in his truck.

Deputies spotted the vehicle as they arrived in the area, and a pursuit was initiated.

The pursuit was quickly brought to an end when a deputy performed a Pursuit Intervention Technique (PIT), disabling the pickup truck.

The suspect attempted to drive away, but deputies were able to pin the vehicle in place.

The 44-year-old suspect refused commands and continued reaching around inside the vehicle.

At the time, deputies did not know there was a firearm on the passenger-side floorboard, and it appeared the suspect may have been reaching for it.

Deputies deployed a 40mm less-lethal bean bag round, but it did not appear to have an effect.

After several minutes, deputies moved in with a shield and took the suspect into custody.

Once the scene was secured, deputies confirmed a revolver was visible on the passenger-side floorboard.

The suspect was booked into the Pierce County Jail for:

• Domestic Violence Court Order Violation
• Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the Second Degree
• Eluding
• Obstructing Law Enforcement
• Malicious Mischief in the First Degree
• Driving While License Suspended in the Third Degree
• Operating a Vehicle Without an Ignition Interlock
• DUI with a Previous DUI Conviction

⚠️ Dispute Leads to Shooting ⚠️

Press Release from Thurston County Sheriff

On August 28, 2026, at approximately 5:47 pm, an adult male called 911 to report he had just been shot by another male subject known to him.

Deputies responded to the scene in the 2600 block of Angus Drive SE in Tenino within minutes.

They found a 58 year old male with a gunshot wound to the arm and rendered aid to the victim.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he is in stable condition and expected to survive.

The suspect who shot him is an adult male known to the victim.

The suspect fled the scene prior to deputies arrival.

Both subjects live in different residences on the same property and based on the information known at this time they were involved in a personal dispute that had been going on most of the day prior to the shooting.

The suspect is still outstanding.
He was last seen fleeing the area in a gold SUV.

Detectives continued searching for the suspect throughout the night.

Eventually they determined that he was dropped of at an address in Oakville, but he was not there by the time they discovered this information.

It appears the subject continues to move locations in order to avoid being arrested.

The suspect has been identified as 69 year old John Cooper.
He is a white male, 5'07" tall, weighing 190 pounds.

There is probable cause to arrest John Cooper for Assault in the First Degree.

He is no longer associated with the gold SUV.

Anyone with information regarding the incident or the location of John Cooper is encouraged to call 911 or the Thurston County dispatch non-emergency number at (360) 704-2740.

Olympia Police Department is on the scene of a two vehicle collision near Columbia Street and Legion Way.

One person was transported to the hospital via ambulance with injuries.

Traffic is being blocked while officers investigate the incident.

Best to use alternate routes temporarily.
