Turning 30 calls for a little drama, and luckily, we had plenty of tulle available.

She loves color, beautiful dresses, and anything with a little personality, so using my vintage corner was a no-brainer. We played with layers of tulle, color, and movement, and created something that felt completely like HER.

Because if you're going to turn 30, you might as well take up some space, wear the fabulous dress, and document it properly.

Kathryn came back for another branding session, and naturally, one look was never going to be enough.

We created a mix of professional branding images, simple movement, and a few beautiful portraits just for her, because business owners are allowed to have both.

Kathryn has built an incredible business helping women feel and look their best, from wellness and hormones to being an amazing injector, with locations in Boston and Naples. I've even personally turned to her for guidance over the years, so photographing the woman behind the business was extra fun.

Your branding photos can show what you do, but they should also show the person behind it.

When your daughter is turning 30 and Mom is turning 60, there is really only one reasonable thing to do... celebrate BOTH like there is no tomorrow.

Hair, makeup, fabulous outfits, lots of laughing, a little attitude, and plenty of personality because these two did not come to the studio to quietly acknowledge their birthdays.

This is what I love about a Legacy Session. It’s not just about beautiful portraits, it’s about capturing the relationship, the personalities, the laughter, and this exact chapter of life together.

Combining Birthdays is a good excuse to make a big deal out of yourselves. And I fully support it.

You don't need a milestone birthday to book a portrait session.

You don't even need a reason.

But if you *do* have a birthday coming up, I think that's a pretty wonderful excuse to celebrate yourself.

This client came in with beautiful outfits, a clear vision, and a love for soft, romantic portraits. We added flowing fabric, beautiful light, and created images that feel timeless and elegant.

The fun part is that every session is different. Some clients love bold and modern. Some want soft and dreamy. Some aren't quite sure yet, and together we figure it out.

That's the beauty of creating something that's uniquely yours.

This was her second session with me, and I love that we took her branding in a completely different direction.

Instead of just updating a headshot, we created images that show her personality, her confidence, and what it's actually like to work with her.

Your website and social media are often your first digital handshake. Before someone emails you, calls you, or walks through your door, they've already formed a first impression.

So the question is... what are your photos saying?

Every senior story deserves a full circle ending.

After her full senior session, flower fields, sports portraits, and a little urban adventure, it was time for one last stop. Her high school.

This cap and gown mini session was all about celebrating the places that made her high school experience so special, especially the preschool playground where she spent so much time as part of the high school program.

And just like that, one chapter closes, and another begins.

Congratulations on graduating, and best of luck at Villanova! I cannot wait to see where this next adventure takes you. Go make incredible memories and enjoy every minute of it.

One of my favorite things about photographing women like Tammy is that they remind us you don't have to fit into just one box.

Business owner.

Working mom.

Leader.

Problem solver.

Dream chaser.

And yes... someone who deserves to have beautiful portraits that reflect all of it.

This session almost happened a year ago.

Then life stepped in with an injury, and we hit pause.

Fast forward to this summer, and he's back doing what he loves, protecting the net, making incredible saves, and showing off the skills that make him who he is.

One of my favorite things about senior sessions is telling your story, and for this senior, soccer absolutely had to be part of it.

These action shots were worth the wait.

103 degrees.

A 7:00 a.m. photo shoot.

A high school senior.

Let's just say "bounding out of bed with excitement" may not be exactly how the morning started.

But once we got to the field, everything changed. Dad became the official soccer ball launcher, everyone was laughing, and we somehow beat the heat while creating some pretty awesome portraits.

The early alarm was worth it.

Sometimes the best portraits aren't part of the original plan.

This client came in for a completely different session, but while we were chatting during hair and makeup, she mentioned something that stuck with me.

She realized she didn't have a single portrait of herself that she truly loved. Nothing for her desk. Nothing to hang on the wall. Nothing that felt like her.

So I pulled a dress from the studio wardrobe, we spent a few extra minutes in front of the camera, and this beautiful portrait happened.

Sometimes the best additions to a session are the ones you never planned. And honestly... those are often the ones that end up meaning the most.
