In order to properly say goodbye to 2023 and prepare ourselves for the crazy busy year to come, we will be closing the shop for all of next week. As we gather our thoughts about the year gone by, first and foremost comes a sense of deep appreciation for our clients, the whole creative, professional, funny, curious, dedicated lot of you. We’re honored to be here for you and we’re grateful for your business and your friendship. This is not always the easiest line of work to be in, but the relationships we enjoy with you makes it all worthwhile.

Pub Night returns to Rule Camera! Thursday the 21st of September, please join us at our shop in Newton as we feature an innovative and green power solution that will change the way sets operate now and in the future.

It’s called the Salt-E Dog, brought to you by the fine folks at Anton Bauer. It’s a giant power bank benefiting from a new technology, Sodium Nickel. This is a cleaner, more responsible way to power a set than gasoline-powered putt-putt generators.

This is the first time a production unit has been shown in public, and we are the first stop on the Anton Bauer Road Show introducing it. Stop in for a beer and a slice or two of pizza, it’s a free event and we can’t wait to see you!

Michael Best and Philip Vischer were here from ARRI to confer with a gaggle of 1st ACs, DITs and DPs about theor lineup of mechanical and electronic accessories. Ideas were exchanged, stories were told and facts were absorbed. Thanks to all for the constructive session!
