Hey, I'm Stacy ✌️

Reasons why you should hire me:

- I love taking photos, it's what I do best
- I'm pretty awkward, so if you're worried about being awkward you can let that go around me. I promise I will out-awkward you
(Yes I still get some pretty great photos even if I'm awkward, for some reason it lets people loosen up and we get the best shots once that's happened)
- I fall somewhere between type A and type B. I'm like a mullet, type A in the front with some type B in the back. You're going to hire a photographer who sends out prep guides and loves questionnaires but you're also going to get someone who's pretty flexible when your kids are being kids and loves to go with the flow during the session.

I'm sure there are other things that make me a worthy choice, but that's what I can think of right now.

I needed some new headshots and she brought my vision to life.

Squash vine borer has pushed up my timeline for the “In the garden” sessions I had planned so I’m looking to book a session before my squash plants bite the dust

•This is a discounted session, availability is either June 14th or June 16th

•Motherhood or maternity would probably work best but I’m not opposed to a family session, we would just have to work in a smaller space

•$250 - 10 images - that includes the retainer to book

A HUGE thank you to all of my incredible clients for being understanding with my availability this week. Being a mom and a business owner is my life's joy, but sometimes it requires give and take and I wouldn't be able to do it without y'all.

A little update:

- Waiting final galleries are going out this weekend through Monday
-All inquiries are being responded to today
- I have one spot left for June and one spot left for July (crazy!)
-I will be opening my books for September next week ❤

I have to be completely honest with y'all. I do one thing as a business owner that would probably drive other business owner's into a coma. (well probably more than one thing but we will focus on one right now)

I do not check my social media analytics, nor do I schedule my work life around them.

I know, I know... that's what you have to do to build your page, gather a following, make sure people see your stuff. I get that, truly I do, but as an artist it really affects me when I see unfollows or plummeting numbers in a stat form. I know it may not be personal, but when I was focused on those things it started to deeply harm my relationship with what I do.

I was less focused on creating, finding joy in sharing what I do, and more focused on getting those numbers up or trying to examine why they weren't budging.

I'm just not a social media savvy person, nor am I someone who cares at this point where my numbers are. I have found so much freedom and joy in sharing my work when I can, loving what I do, and being more authentically me. Even if that "me" is a type B compared to someone else.

So if you're noticing that you're being negatively impacted by analytics, this is a message to free yourself from the social media binds that hold you!

I am a social media/content managers worst nightmare.
