Alex and Bobby are getting married!!!! We had so much fun with these two last month downtown Chicago bopping around for their Engagement Session!!!

Alex is one of our friends from college (go Augie!!!) so when she asked us to shoot her wedding we couldn’t have been more excited!! 🥺❤️

Engagement sessions are one of our favorite things to shoot because not only do we get to meet you in person for the first time, we also just get to have fun seeing your unique personality as a couple shine ✨

Grace + Trent 10.10.26 🧡

We may have mentioned how it couldn’t have been a “more perfect day” 100000x but it’s so true. The weather, the vibes, the group - truly couldn’t have been better!!!

When we get asked about how we approach portraits with our couples, we find ourselves saying “you will ALWAYS get that shot for mom and dad, smiling at the camera with your bouquet” - because it’s classic, timeless and a photo every single gallery needs. After that, it’s playful posing, laughing with you guys, getting you moving and have your true personalities and love shine ✨

I (Miranda) met Taylor my freshman year of college and we quickly become friends!! We’ve kept in touch through the different life stages and I was so honored when she asked us to capture her wedding day 🥹

A flower doesn’t bloom the same way forever. It sheds what no longer serves it, reaches toward the light, and becomes something new with every season 🌷

Over the years, we’ve learned our business is much the same—we’ve grown by evolving, adapting, and becoming a better version of ourselves and in turn, our business has continued to flourish.

We’re so excited to share a new ~era~ of z&ko is loading ✨

First up was a complete website refresh, now officially LIVE. Steph poured so much time and effort into this and it is such a great representation of all the hard work we’ve been doing over the past 7 years to get to exactly where we are now 💖

Z & Ko. Photography was built by two best friends who had just gotten married, and had a dream to give an above and beyond wedding experience AND dreamy images to every bride that would let us. Almost 7 years later, we’ve lost count of the number of weddings we’ve photographed.

We’re so proud of how far we’ve come and can’t wait to see where we continue going 💫
