As you may have seen in my stories, FALL MINI dates will be announced towards the end of June! Wooo! I read recently that a photographer referred to herself as a “historian” which really hit me. I am not only taking fun pictures, but I’m documenting this moment in your families history - your kids half toothed smiles, how you are still able to hold them, the way they play with their siblings.

So I give you a documented moment in the Anderson family history! Such a cool perspective!

Sweet sweet, simple babe. These photos were all taken in the same corner of the room, nothing fancy - just a mom, dad and their sweet baby girl with all her tiny little features! Just goes to show you that you really don’t need a whole lot for photos. Your presence and love is more than enough.

Sharing a sweet session from my Motherhood minis on Mother’s Day! Griffin was just the happiest little nugget and , the most beautiful mama! Of course we had to sneak Dad in for a couple as well.

Eeek! Nichole + James was such a joy filled engagement session in St Paul! I have photographed Nichole’s whole family on many occasions so when they asked me to photograph their wedding saying, “We wouldn’t want anyone else!” I was so honored. To have clients start to feel like family, truly what a blessing.

Spring has felt so good!! It’s amazing what a little sunshine and warmth can do for the soul. ☀️

The Lee Family wanted their newborn session to be an outdoor family style, which was such a fun change! This is always an option when the weather is nice if you’re looking for something a little different!

I always have the best time with this family!! If you haven’t caught on yet, we do a lot of playing and moving during our sessions! I don’t want you to stress about your kids being kids. Being goofy, running around, falling to the ground. We roll with it!!

Also, if you have something meaningful you want to include in your sessions please don’t hesitate! We always include a photo with these kids wearing their dad’s vest, which is so special! 🤍
