The Class of 2027 has been a blast to work with this summer and Parker is no exception! We recently spent a beautiful summer evening in downtown Minneapolis getting some fun photos that showcase his personality. What a kind, smart, and photogenic young man he is. I love how his photos turned out and can't wait for him to get his album!

A few weeks ago, I had the honor of photographing the parents of a bride I worked with 15 years ago. I absolutely love reconnecting with people who I photographed back in my wedding photographer days!

He needed some updated photos for an award and she needed updated headshots for her work on non-profit boards. Of course, we had to take a few photos of them together too, which I learned will be used on a book they are working on. My clients are so cool!

One of my favorite things about being a photographer is meeting so many interesting people who are doing really cool things.
This lovely woman needed a headshot update when she found out she was winning an award. Her previous photo was 12 years old so an update was in order. A basic headshot is usually easy for me to fit in my schedule on short notice, so within 24 hours of contacting me she had her headshot completed and delivered.

With fall right around the corner, headshot season tends to ramp up and I'm here for it!!

Today I'm sharing a headshot that's a little bit out of my norm - meet the Bumbling Fools Mead Barrel! Barrel had a photoshoot in my studio last week, complete with different outfits and even had some bo***ir photos taken!

Sometimes you need more than a headshot to represent you and your business. Custom portrait sessions are designed to represent what makes your brand unique. We used props, plants, and custom colors to make sure Jen's photos represented her brand. And of course we showcased her love of LaCroix!

l follow several animal rescue groups and seeing them step up to the plate in times of need is nothing new. Every day there are stories of animals being abandoned & abused while a community of volunteers who are already stretched thin step up to help, time & time again. With the recent tragedy the Minneapolis community is facing there has been even greater need.

I’m hosting a headshot event benefiting on Feb 15 from 12-3pm in my Minneapolis studio. Pet Haven is caring for pets impacted by ICE and providing pet food to people in need. When people are suddenly displaced, animals are often left behind—and Pet Haven is just one of the organizations that has stepped in to provide safety, medical care, and reunification whenever possible.

The event is donation based and 100% of proceeds will be going to Pet Haven, Inc. of MN. I will be collecting pet food & supplies as well. Please feel free to stop by with donations and to say hi even if you're not in need of a headshot!
