I am a Minneapolis wedding photographer who loves creating natural and artistic images. Besides weddings, I love to shoot portraits and pups and will travel just about anywhere. I believe photography should be organic and fun, and my favorite part of every session is when I see my clients genuinely smiling and laughing for my camera.

Jena and Alex met at work. They love dressing up for Comicon and (as mentioned in a toast) they make any party an event! Jena hand-dyed her jewelry to match her wedding day colors. Alex had Lego figures of Thor, Frodo, and other wonderful characters added to the boutonnieres. There were Persian swords. ALL around, a FANTASYTASTIC wedding day.

Amy and Mike celebrated their wedding in a few different ways due to family being spread across the country. I had the absolutely pleasure of meeting them in Kansas City, MO for an epic celebration on the Rock Island Bridge. The views were incredible, especially at sunset. I hope to make it back to KC again soon. This city was a 10/10!

Callie and Peter’s first date included a tarot reading. It told them things were about to change, and they did, in a great way for both of them. Peter proposed to Callie with a ring pop, but replaced it with a more official ring at The Lynhall.

Desiree and Max love all things fantasy, so we took full advantage of the Minnesota Renaissance Faire for their engagement session! Their first look was meant for medieval times and their second was more traditional with a white dress for Desiree's mom. These photos were so fun to take. I love it when couples put themselves in their element!

Tyme and Bell are huge fans of Ren Fest, so it was more than fitting to make it official during the faire with ladies, knights, and dragons present. They handmade most of the items they wore and talented family members made pieces like chain linked dragons to lay on their shoulders. The King and Queen invited the newly bonded to a royal toast, and the couple made their way on stage for a knife throwing. Overall, a wonderful, special day to celebrate love. Mad props to the Minnesota Renaissance Festival for this epic venue, mead, and delicious feast.

Jessica and Evan met in Chicago at an EDM show on Halloween. Their costumes sparked conversation, and they left the concert wanting to get to know each other behind the masks. Despite the long distance, they stayed in touch. What started as friendship blossomed into a loving relationship. Evan proposed to Jessica under the stars on a camping trip out West. The two love their dear pup, Remi, and live music, but also being in the woods, which made Camrose Hill the perfect venue. More to come from this incredible couple and wonderful wedding day. Thanks to their fantastic vendors for making this day extra special.

Suzi and Kyle met in Rochester while working at the Mayo Clinic. Suzi is originally from Italy, and her parents flew in to celebrate the special day with them and their granddaughter. The Historic Chateau Theater was a fascinating and unique place for their special day. The two discovered it while attending a concert and loved the uniqueness and cool architecture. Jena and Alex met at work. They are in the world of physical and massage therapy, but found they have a lot in common, including anime and going to Comic Con. Alex loves more silly, casual photos while Jena likes the artistic kind, so we did a mix for their engagement session at Minnehaha Falls.
