I've had the honor of photographing these two from their engagement session back in January to their wedding day in June... which also happened to be my 17th wedding anniversary, to be exact. 🥹🤍

Watching a couple go from "we're getting married" to "we did it" never gets old.

If I could give every couple one piece of marriage advice, it would be this:

Your spouse is your teammate, not your competition.

Life is going to throw enough challenges your way. Don't spend your energy trying to "win" against each other. Cheer for each other's dreams. Celebrate each other's victories. Carry the load when the other is struggling. Give grace. Laugh often. Remember that it's the two of you against the problem—not each other.

At the end of the day, you're building one life together. Protect it. Root for it. Root for each other.Congratulations again to these two. It was such an honor to tell your story from "yes" to "I do." ❤️
