Welcome to Hatteras Island - Yep someone stole this one too. Hopefully it can be replaced too one day. I always enjoyed seeing it and stopped to take this photo one night as I worked my way down Highway 12 one night shooting all I could along the highway.

A huge congratulations to this beautiful couple and their recent engagement in Salvo, NC. It was a pleasure to be able to capture your special moments while here in the Outer Banks. Its definitely been the season for love. I hope you enjoy these for years to come.

A few minutes of pre-sunrise from this morning In Rodanthe, NC. It was just about picture perfect this morning and we had an incredible portrait session. Sunrise is always the prettiest time of day for portraits in the Outer Banks.

Welcome to The Outer Banks - Really miss seeing these signs along the highway. It’s a shame someone had to go and steal them all. Hopefully they will put them back up eventually.

Great work by the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and the local Volunteers who helped get the beach cleaned up and ready for visitors.

The beach from the southern end of Buxton Village through the lifeguarded beach has reopened following multiple days of debris cleanup.

Beachgoers should use caution as pieces of debris may periodically wash up over the coming days and weeks. Staff will continue to monitor area and clean up, as needed.
