Capturing a chapter that’s just beginning. Jessica, Eric, and the sweetest little soul still cooking.

We spent the evening chasing the prettiest sun between 1st Street and 5th Avenue, soaked in warm weather and a gentle lake breeze. Truly an evening well spent with the kindest people. Full of giggles, getting splashed, and soaking in this summer.

Jordan and Sawyer’s wedding day was supposed to be defined by an all-day downpour. Instead, Michigan gave us an absolute miracle. The rain cleared out, leaving behind the kind of perfect, soft light photographers only dream about.

Because it was a Sunday wedding, it was only fitting that Jordan walked down the aisle to Etta James singing "A Sunday Kind of Love." The entire afternoon at Sunset Hill Wedding Barn felt exactly like that song: timeless, warm, and effortless.

When Kendall and I first started chatting about her and Trevor's engagement session, one thing became clear instantly: they wanted something that actually felt like them. No stiff poses, no rigid plans. Within sixty seconds of brainstorming, we hit the absolute jackpot at Tippy Dam Campground.

If sunshine, towering trees, and fresh air could take human form, it would be Kendall and Trevor. They just belong outdoors. Being able to capture them truly in their element, hanging around the campfire, exploring quiet dirt roads, and hanging out by the riverside with the bestest babies, Odin and Freya, was such a dream to document.

I absolutely love getting to the heart of what matters most to my couples. A photoshoot should never be a one size fits all approach. It should look, feel, and breathe like your unique story.
