One team for the photo booth and the photographs 📸
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
VisionCorps celebrated 100 years with its Centennial Soirée at Excelsior, and we were there for the whole night. The Roamer worked the room during cocktail hour and the Glam Booth ran through the reception, while our owner, Scott, photographed the evening itself: the 1920s outfits, the vintage car out front, Jere Gish welcoming the room and the moment the final total went up on the screen. Together, the room raised more than $100,000 for VisionCorps.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Scott is a professional event photographer as well as the owner of South Central Photo Booths, so your event can have both the booth and full photo coverage from one team. That means one contact, one plan for the night, and photos that tell the whole story, from the speeches to the silent auction.

Women who run the room. 💼
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Lancaster Chamber's Women in Business Regional Mixer took over Conestoga Country Club on September 23rd, and we brought the AI Booth with two experiences built just for the night. Guests could land on the cover of The Mixer Issue, or step out of the booth boxed up as their own action figure, The Closer, with their name printed right on the package.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Watching a room full of business owners see themselves on a magazine cover never gets old. Every print went home with the Chamber's name on it, and every guest who shared theirs put the night in front of their own network.

New backdrops have just arrived. 🎉

Meet White Marble and Emerald Canvas, now available on every booth. Swipe to see both up close. 👉
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
White Marble, soft white and gray veining that keeps the frame bright and clean, so the people in the photo stay the subject.

Emerald Canvas, a painted canvas in deep emerald that gives the photo real depth, for holiday parties, galas and winter weddings.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ask for them by name when you inquire. Holiday parties and 2027 weddings are booking now.

Their booth photo, sealed inside a snow globe ❄️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Meet the Holiday Keepsake Booth. Guests pose at the booth, and our second attendant prints, cuts, and seals their photo into a snow globe or a clear ornament for the tree, with your logo or a holiday message on the back. It goes home with them that night, right beside their print.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add it to a booth you have already booked, or book it on its own for your holiday party or winter wedding.

Fresh out of the oven 🍪
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Meet Gingerbread Guests, the newest look in our AI photo booth experience. Every group that steps up comes back as a hand-decorated gingerbread cookie, baked as one joined piece with the people they posed with.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's the little things that make it work. The ball cap, the glasses, the peach tie, and the floral print on her dress are all piped in royal icing, so everyone finds themselves on the cookie in a second. That attention to detail is what separates an average AI photo booth from one your guests will still be talking about on Monday.

Congratulations Nancy and Calvin!

Westwynd Gardens is every vendor's dream venue. The team there paid attention to every single detail, from the moment we loaded in to the last guest out, and it shows in every corner of the space. Getting to work there is an absolute dream.

We brought the Glam Booth, and instead of our traditional white backdrop we used the wall box from The Portrait Studio. It stands 8 feet tall and 10 feet wide, so even the biggest groups fit, and we light it from the inside to create that perfectly crisp white backdrop everyone is after. No shade to our traditional backdrops, but this might be our new favorite thing we have ever done.

Their friends showed up in force and kept the booth packed all night, with groups so big they would never have fit on a standard backdrop. The I Do Squad signs, light-up foam sticks, and a Que Empieze la Fiesta sign next to Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen turned up in print after print.

Considering a regular white backdrop? Ask us how to upgrade to this new experience. It is everything you would love and expect from the traditional booth, with that perfect, crisp white backdrop and more room for your friends and family.

Planning your own wedding at Westwynd Gardens and need a photo booth? Send us a message.

It's been a while since we've shared the actual photos that come out of our booth, so let's change that today.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These are from Inella and Aaron's wedding at the Sunken Gardens at Lauxmont Farms, where we brought the Glam Booth and set it up in front of our new Cloud Crossing backdrop. We are completely in love with it. The soft, sweeping folds give every photo a light and elegant finish without ever pulling attention away from the people in front of it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everyone looks fabulous, too, thanks to our custom glam filter. It brightens and smooths just enough that every guest walks away looking polished and camera-ready, like the best version of themselves.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Congratulations, Inella and Aaron! Thank you for letting us be part of your West Philly love story.

One photo, a whole sheet of you 🎉
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Guests strike one pose at the Sticker Booth and get a 4x7 sheet of stickers of themselves with their name across the top. We style the sheet to match any event, from weddings and birthdays to holiday parties and brand events. It is printed and cut while they watch, so they walk away with it in hand.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add it on to an existing booking or book it by itself.

Want it at your event? Send us a message to check your date.

The booth is the easy part.

This is Rachel and Grant's wedding at The Inn at Leola Village, and what you are watching is the part nobody thinks to ask about on a sales call. Our attendants demonstrate the pose, work the screen, reset the props, and read the room so nobody has to figure it out alone.

Guests do not need a photo booth explained to them. They need to feel comfortable in front of a camera, so that the group who stopped by during cocktail hour is back three more times before the night is over.

That is not an extra. That is the service.

Grab your date and we will send the reason your guests keep coming back.
