Holiday Greetings and Business Update

Hi,
Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous, healthy New Year!

Out of Town Notice
I wanted to let you know that I will be out of town, enjoying my grandson’s second Christmas in Las Vegas. I will be back and available for business on January 2, 2026.

Business Developments
This past year has been exceptionally busy for me. Due to the increased workload, I brought on a second photographer who is based in Parker. His work has been outstanding, and I continue to handle all the editing personally, reviewing each image before it is sent to you.

Enhanced Services
We now offer a floor plan service that includes a slideshow and provides additional details with every shoot. Many clients have found this feature very helpful, and we plan to continue offering it in the new year. This year Cubicasa who provide the floor plans made us a Pro Partner which gives us added benefits which we can pass onto you.

Technology Advancements
This month, I purchased a new drone capable of capturing 360-degree aerial images. I will share more information about this feature in the new year as I refine the process.

Award Recognition
We are proud to announce that we received the Best of 2025 award from BusinessRate for the best photographer in Lake Havasu City. We are honored by this recognition and remain committed to maintaining our high level of service in the future.

An update about Drone's.

I hope this message finds you well. As drone photography and videography continue to elevate the marketing of real estate listings, I wanted to share a critical reminder regarding FAA regulations that impact our industry.

Under current federal law, any individual operating a drone for commercial purposes—including real estate photography or videography—must hold a valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. This requirement ensures that drone operators understand airspace rules, safety protocols, and legal responsibilities.

Hiring a drone operator without this certification not only violates FAA regulations but could also expose you and your brokerage to liability, fines, or reputational risk. Even if the footage is intended for promotional use, it still qualifies as a commercial activity under FAA guidelines.

To protect your business and maintain professional standards, I strongly recommend verifying that any drone service provider you work with is Part 107 certified. If you're unsure how to confirm this, I’d be happy to share my knowledge as a licensed professional.

We would like to provide an update on the range of services we offer:

• Ground Interior/Exterior Photography: This includes removing signs, trash cans, and adjusting for seasonal conditions. The photographs will be ready for MLS posting.

• Drone Photography: We provide multiple images, including overall views and overhead ‘down’ shots, which are particularly effective for showcasing surrounding features.

• Video Walkthrough and Drone Flythrough: After editing, we produce a video approximately two minutes in length.

• Floor Plans: Increasingly popular in listings, our basic floor plans include all fixtures and measurements, eliminating the need for manual measuring. We also offer 3D floor plans, 3D video renders, Home Reports, and Snapshots. More information is available on our website.

• Zillow 3D Tours with or without Floorplan: Enhance your Zillow rankings with our 3D tour services, available for Showtime+.

• Virtual Staging: We can virtually stage your property, including furniture removal and addition in the requested style.

• High-Resolution Images: All images are high-definition, color-corrected, high-resolution, and appropriately sized for submission to MLS/Zillow etc.

• Custom Branding/Music: Available upon request for any of our visual content.

• Landscape and Portrait Mode: We offer landscape images/videos in both landscape and portrait modes upon request.

Our typical turnaround time is under 12 hours. Special custom requests or videos may take up to 24 hours.
