Solar Eclipse from Lake Havasu City, AZ

This was my first time ever shooting a solar eclipse and I’m not mad about my results lol Other than the clouds being so thick I missed the beginning of it and in some in the middle, you can tell there were clouds passing by, but stoked to get what I did because in the beginning I wasn’t sure I would get any of this.

When I have time, I am going to try and layer them all together in photoshop and make a pano out of it!!

A couple months ago or so, I did a themed shoot with the talented and stunning Josslyn Portz aka The Dark Princess. It was fun to use some different back drops as well as editing styles throughout this shoot as well as start in the daylight and work straight into the darkness!! Her beauty and talent were easily captured as you will see.

Such a fun band I had the pleasure of capturing at the Balloon Festival this year. Go check out their documentary on Prime “An Irish Story: This is our home.” Pretty incredible what they accomplished. 🎶

Two nights ago I peaked outside my window to see what the sunset was gonna do and I immediately went “WHOA!!!” I then ran to grab my camera and the pics below are what I captured. It’s very rare we can even look at the sun, let alone see any detail. Only because of things like this can we. We had been so windy it kicked up a lot of dust in the air making a thick layer that was enough to filter out the intensity of the sun. You can even see the sun spots!!! I was so excited because not only is this a rare sight to see, had I looked just a min later I would not have captured any of these let alone the sun kissing the mountain line. lol
