Vintage records, downtown streets, and a whole lot of personality.

This session was the perfect mix of fun, relaxed, and a little bit edgy. From browsing vinyl in the record store to wandering through downtown, these two made every moment feel natural and effortless.

Over Memorial Day weekend, I had the honor of attending the Ho-Chunk Nation Memorial Day Pow-Wow, honoring 250 years of warrior history. It had been years since I last experienced it, and returning this time with my camera made it even more meaningful. From the powerful traditional drumming to the vibrant regalia and beautiful dances, every moment was incredible to witness and capture. The atmosphere, traditions, and sense of community were truly unforgettable. I have many more photos to share, but these are a few of my favorites so far.

What an absolutely beautiful wedding day. From start to finish, everything was simply perfect — filled with so much love, joy, and genuine emotion. You could truly feel how special this day was for everyone involved.

Watching your own kid hit these milestones just feels a little different.

My beautiful daughter Kaia is a junior this year, which meant I had the absolute pleasure of capturing a few portraits of her before we met up with her friends for group photos. I’m usually the one behind the camera, documenting these moments for all of you—and it’s such an honor every single time—but wow… it hits different when it’s your own.

I can’t believe we’re already here. Senior year is right around the corner, and I’m already looking forward to capturing her senior photos this summer. It’s a mix of excitement, pride, and “how did we get here so fast?”
