Okay… somehow I have THREE Saturdays open in October and I genuinely have no idea how. 😂

If you know anything about booking with me, you know October Saturdays usually fill up FAST. These are normally some of the very first dates gone on my calendar.

But somehow, I have these three available:

🍂 October 3 | evening
🍂 October 10 | evening
🎃 October 31 | morning

And here’s the BIG part: these are my last Saturday openings for the entire year. Once these are booked, I am officially done with Saturday sessions until 2027.

So if you’ve been wanting a fall session, hoping to squeeze in senior photos, family photos, couples photos, or just really want those pretty October evenings… this is your chance.

New bookings only! If you already have a session scheduled, these dates are not available to move your current session to. 🤎

Kinsey’s senior session was just so incredibly her. 🥹🤍

If you know Kinsey, you know this girl is BUSY. Between volleyball, basketball, track, school, and whatever else she has going on at any given moment, I genuinely don’t know when she finds time to do it all. 😂 She is one of those girls who is just so hardworking and dedicated to everything she puts her mind to, and getting to know her more through her Belle year has been one of my favorite things. She is seriously the sweetest, and I’m so thankful I get to document this season for her.

We included some of the things that tell a little bit of her story, from her childhood stuffed animal and her Bible to her truck, and even ended up in the creek for a few pictures. 🤍 I love when seniors bring things that actually mean something to them because those little details make a session feel so much more like them and less like just another senior session.

And then we ended the evening out at my family farm.

Which, naturally, meant the cows and turkeys decided they wanted to be part of the session too. 😂 They were OBSESSED with us and honestly made some of my favorite photos even better. There’s just something about ending a senior session in a place like this, surrounded by a little bit of home and all the things that feel like real life.

Kinsey, you are the best. I have loved getting to know you more and watching you absolutely crush this season of life. I can’t wait to see where all of that hard work takes you. 🤍

if iCarly taught us anything, it’s that we’re all just out here living life, breathing air, taking pictures, and hoping somehow we’re gonna get there 😂🎀

so here’s your reminder to enjoy this part too. the senior year chaos, the random plans, the best friends, the outfits you’re way too excited about, the little moments you’ll wish you could go back to someday.

you don’t have to have it all figured out yet. just live a little 🤍

some seasons feel like the end of the story when really, God is just turning the page. 🤍

Peter had a season of failure. Paul had a season of prison. Lazarus had a season where there seemed to be absolutely no way forward. And still, God wasn’t finished.

whatever season you’re in right now, don’t mistake the waiting, the hurting, or the uncertainty for the ending. He can turn around the very thing you thought was final. 🤍

Not gonna lie, I miss the old Instagram 😂
Back when you could just post a picture because you liked it, see your friends’ posts without having to fight for them, and Instagram didn’t feel like it was constantly trying to turn everything into a Reel.

I miss the random photo dumps, the overly edited filters, the little captions that were probably way too personal, and honestly just seeing what everyone was doing without feeling like I needed to “create content” every time I opened the app 😂

Maybe I’m just nostalgic, but I really do miss when Instagram felt a little more… social. 🥲

That said, here I am… posting a Reel on Instagram about how much I miss old Instagram. The irony is not lost on me 😂

I’m still thinking about Fia’s Smoky Mountain session because WOW. 🥹🤍

One of my Belles, Fia picked one of those days where the weather could not have been better, and somehow we managed to drive through the Smokies with literally ZERO traffic. If you know, you know. 😂 I don’t think I’ve ever been happier to see an empty mountain road.

We started with all of that gorgeous mountain scenery, made our way through some of the sweetest little spots, and somehow every outfit just fit the location perfectly. Then we got to play with her ballet side, which might be one of my favorite parts of the whole gallery. And obviously we had to end with Fia on a blanket in the field with her Bible and flowers, because that little setup against the mountains was just too good. 🥹

There are just so many little pieces of this session that I love. The views, the outfits, the variety, the light, the fact that we could actually take our time and enjoy the drive instead of sitting in traffic 😂 but mostly just getting to create all of this with one of my Belles.

Fia, you were an absolute DREAM. 🎀🤍

Eleanor’s session was… something else. 🥹🌈

We started at the absolutely beautiful Southern Bella Blooms, surrounded by flowers and all the gorgeousness you could possibly ask for. Everything was going perfectly, and then… rain. 😂

We checked the forecast and saw a random little cell pop up, so we figured, okay, we’ll wait it out. But eventually the rain just kept coming, and by the end of our rental it was basically DOWNPOURING. Eleanor was such a trooper and didn’t let it stop her, though, so we squeezed in a few shots through the rain before packing up and heading to location #2.

Surely the rain would be gone by then, right?

Nope. 😂☔️

We got to the mountains and it was STILL pouring. So we decided to wait it out for a minute, and when it became pretty clear the rain wasn’t in a hurry to leave, we grabbed our umbrellas and went for it. We were literally standing out in the rain, trying to make some magic, when all of a sudden…

A FULL. DOUBLE. RAINBOW. 🌈🌈

The most vibrant, beautiful double rainbow appeared right behind us in the field. Like… WHAT?!

It honestly felt like God was doing something pretty special for us. And in that moment, I couldn’t help but think about something Dolly has said before: you have to go through the rain to get to the rainbow. 🤍🌈

And then, just like that, the rain stopped.

The rainbow stayed.

It stayed until the sun went down, and we ended the session in the most gorgeous golden light. ✨

What started as a day of “well… I guess we’re going to get rained on” turned into one of the most beautiful sessions I’ve ever photographed.

Flowers. Rain. Umbrellas. Mountains. A DOUBLE RAINBOW. Golden light.

I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever have another session quite like this one.
