100% recommend a last-minute trip to NYC at Christmas.

Things we did in our 3 days there that I would do again: went to the top of the Rockefeller Center, visited the FAO Schwartz toy store, took a ferry around the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island, walked around Times Square, visited Bryant Park Winter Village, ice skated in Central Park, saw Aladdin on Broadway and saw the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall.

This was my second time photographing this sweet family — the first was when they were waiting on their second little guy, and now here they are with two boys 💙

What I love most about them is how they just go with it. If I suggest something a little creative or unexpected, they don’t blink — they lean in, laugh, and somehow make it look effortless. That kind of trust makes photographing them feel easy in the best way.

And every time, they tell me they’re “not photogenic,” which makes me laugh because - I mean, just look at these photos. Their connection, their comfort with each other, the way they show up as themselves — I just love this family!
