No one tells you how badly you’ll want time to slow down… and speed up at the same time. 🤍

You’re exhausted.
You’re learning a whole new person.
You’re wondering if you’re doing any of this right.

You miss your old routine, but you also can’t imagine your life without this tiny person in it.

Motherhood can feel like holding two completely opposite feelings at once.

You can be overwhelmed AND completely in love.
You can miss who you were AND love who you’re becoming.
You can wish for a little more sleep AND wish you could freeze this moment forever.

If you’re in the thick of those early days right now, just know you're not alone.

If you’re thinking, “2–3 hours?! How is my toddler (or husband) supposed to last that long?”

I promise, it’s not what you think. 🤍

I’m not photographing your family nonstop for 2–3 hours.
Newborns need time and patience.

Some babies settle quickly, and others need a little more time. And that’s completely okay.

Your session is intentionally slow-paced so there’s plenty of room for real life to happen.

Need to feed the baby? Take your time.
Need a diaper change? No problem.
Baby needs to be soothed or snuggled? We pause.
Toddler needs a break? We take one.

I will never let your baby cry just to get the shot.

There’s no rushing through a pose because we’re watching the clock. We follow your baby’s lead and take breaks whenever they’re needed and as often as they’re needed.

That’s why I allow 2–3 hours. I may not need a full 2hrs but the time is there if we need it.

I want you to have the time and space to slow down, breathe, and enjoy your baby while I document this season for you.

My goal is for your newborn session to feel peaceful, relaxed, and completely stress-free. 🤍

Because sometimes the sweetest photographs happen in the moments when we simply slow down. Those are truly some of my favorite images...
