Mommy and daughter pics are some of my favorites😍
Woman-owned small business specializing in lifestyle wedding and portrait photography in the Greater Philadelphia area.
My living dream is Azzolina Photography: photographing people and moments. Being inspired by love and falling in love with the moments I am capturing. When I first set out to begin Azzolina Photography, I wanted to create an environment where I could stay connected to the couples I photographed on their wedding day. I am happy to say that my dream has come true. As you look through my portfolio, you will see couples for whom I have documented engagements, weddings, maternity, newborns, and photographs of families still growing. Selecting images to show in my website portfolio is a harder task than one would think. I am attached to every image and would love to show all my work, but I may crash your computer...seriously! I have chosen images that I feel best describe my style as a photographer. Images full of happiness and laughter, personalities, tears, kisses and hugs, real moments that one would like to hold onto forever and the only way to do so is to photograph them. It is a true honor to be entrusted with the responsibility to document all these important moments. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy being a photographer. To learn more and see what I have been up to lately, be sure to stop by my blog. To say hello or chat about the story you would like to be photographed, contact me for additional information. I would love to hear from you.
Mommy and daughter pics are some of my favorites😍
Woot, woot! These two beautiful humans are celebrating two years today @emilythomas ❤️ @ryanthomas
Valley Green Inn area in the Wissahickon Valley Park is such a great location for photos. The light through the trees is amazing. The water also makes such a beautiful backdrop.
Side note - how adorable is this family 😍
Hair goals 💄 makeup goals. Need I say more. Throwing it back to October 2017. Shout out to Mary and Mike who tied the knot at the beautiful William Penn Inn.
How lucky are these two to have one another?!?! Having someone to play with and hug whenever you want is so special, especially during the time of social distance. @DanielleGlickmanDonnelly
If you are looking for something fun to do with your family this summer, plan a photoshoot. You will not regret capturing the family love that has grown during a time of household togetherness.
The many expressions of Mila featured on the blog today 🥰 This little girl is the best! Julie Holmes John Holmes

Cannot believe this little angel is ONE. So excited to feature her today in all her beauty! @JohnHolmes @JulieHolmes
So excited to share images from this family's photoshoot on Forbidden Drive. These beautiful people took me on a hike to a location I have never been and it was gorgeous!
At the end of the post, I featured a few images from their virtual newborn session that we were able to capture during quarantine. I also wrote about how I was able to photograph their newest addition on FaceTime.
Welcome Baby Theo! Mary Kate Sullivan
Baby Theo’s original newborn session was scheduled during phase one of “Corona Season.” We were not able to photograph this little bundle as planned, but we got creative and did a virtual newborn shoot through FaceTime (see images at the end for what we came up with).
Would you mind sitting in tall grass in your wedding dress? I love tall grass, gorgeous light and an adventurous bride is the icing to the cake 😍
@LaurenMcBreartyFleshman you look stunning in this photo. One of my favorite from your wedding three years ago today. Happiest Anniversary! I was so honored to be there photographing your day!
Watching these two play was one of the sweetest things ever witnessed. Siblings by chance, best friends by choice.
When your wedding day is finally here and you get to hug the love of your life 😍 Cue the tears of happiness 😭
@ShannonKollias ❤️ @SteveKollias 🙌 celebrating four years!
Featuring 'Sienna's Two Sweet Birthday' portrait session at The James John Audubon Center on the blog 😍❤️😍

Last week was my first week back to photographing since quarantine. This adorable family was a breath of fresh air and were the first to kick off "yellow phase" for this small business. I am so thankful for all the loving humans I get to photograph. Last week was eight awesome families 🙌 I cannot wait to see more this week along with some future bride and grooms for their engagement photos. Keep this beautiful weather coming 🌞
The sweetest moment between father and son 😭Happy Father's Day to all the dads!
Celebrating today @JustinRademaekers, the best of the best to our boys. We are lucky to have you! I am in awe always at just how special you are - from your rocket rides, baseball pitches, watercolor paintings, late night feedings, your delicious dinners, the list goes on. You are an amazing dad and we love you.
Night photos are a great addition to your wedding day collection images and they are some of my favorites to capture. During your reception, I will sneak outdoors to find the perfect location and set up lighting. This way everything will be ready to go when my bride and groom can sneak out for a minute without missing too much precious reception time 😄
When it comes to your wedding, it is easy to get bogged down with all the details. Choose one detail at a time and have fun with it. It is not everyday you get to pick out your wedding flowers. Here is an article I found that is helpful and makes choosing your wedding day flowers a little less stressful.
In a nutshell, find inspiration pics, pick flowers that are in season, go with your color scheme, and match the overall style of your wedding. Good luck, I cannot wait to see what you come up with!
P.S. Happy Anniversary @KristinSutherlandStipa ❤️@NickStipa
Is there anything more rewarding than finally getting to snuggle your new baby after carrying them around inside of you for all that time? Trying to imagine what they will look like or who they will be. While I was pregnant with Jacob, I would just daydream of kissing his head (something I probably do a 100 times a day now). It is truly magical.
During newborn sessions, I always urge the parents to get photos with their new baby. I know they may not feel their best and are most likely sleep deprived, but the memory of their newest love's littleness is something worth freezing in a photo.
*Shout out to this gorgeous momma, who is also celebrating her two year wedding anniversary today! So honored to have photographed their engagement, wedding, and growing family.
These besties are the absolute cutest 😍
If you are looking for some wedding inspo for color schemes, I absolutely love the soft neutral tones of these bridesmaid dresses. They compliment each other and all look great together. It is hard to find one dress that looks great on everyone, so giving your gals options can take the stress of making everyone happy off of you 😉
Today, I am 36 years old.
I am a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a wife, a mother, a niece, a granddaughter, and a friend.
I am a woman.
One who is strong. I have had two pregnancies, two c-sections, and all the glorious challenges that go with them (the last one nearly killed me). But I also had two big, healthy baby boys (9 pounders) who make me so proud.
I am a small business owner.
One who feels work is more fun than work. Of course, I am experiencing extraordinary challenges in these trying times, but I absolutely love what I do and the people I get to work with. Most of you are reading this post.
I am a photographer.
One who is always thinking how can I photograph this - where is the light and how can I get the light to accomplish what I am trying to photograph. There are days that I experience entirely through the eye of a camera.
I have trying days.
Ones where I have a gazillion things to do, both my boys need me for something all at one time (even the dog), there is tons of crying, I haven't showered or brushed my teeth and no matter how many times I clean up my house - it is always a mess. But there are times of peace when everything is going right too.
I love my coffee in the morning, my wine at night. I love editing and photographing during the day, the sound of laughter and craziness throughout my house, putting my kids to bed (which takes an eternity) and vegging out with my husband at night after we put the babies to bed and the house is quiet.
I am 36 today and would not change a thing.
We did a thing on Saturday and got this little guy baptized. We have been in quarantine for some time and it felt so good to get out and celebrate his birth even with only a few people. I was really wanting and needing to do something just for him. In his first months of life, our world went and still is going through some trying times. We will continue to stay positive and pray for change. Happy Baptism dear Jacob Beckett 👼🙏 @justinrademaekers @elizabethazzolina
Today happens to be my eight year wedding anniversary!
When I photographed this wedding in Bloomsburg back in 2017, it was the first time I had ever left my first born son over night at about five months old. It happened to be my five year wedding anniversary weekend and I decided to take my husband as my assistant. Not only was it special because we got our first full night sleep since the baby was born, but we also got to witness these two get married. Extra, extra special because the bride happens to be the little sister of one of our closest friends. Sending some love your way Natalie and Jordan as you celebrate three years tomorrow!
Cescaphe, The Down Town Club, and their petal bomb explosions of happiness 😍🙌
*One year down, forever to go - Happy Anniversary Alison and Brett! I absolutely LOVED photographing your gorgeous wedding day!
Just married moments are some of my favorites to capture. The nerves have left, excitement has set in and everyone is getting ready to celebrate!
*Throwback to 2014 when these two got married at the beautiful William Penn Inn. Happiest Anniversary Danielle and Kevin! Two gorgeous daughters later and I am still so honored to be your photographer 😘
Family is everything ❤️I cannot wait to photograph this family again. 🤞it is next month when we are finally in the yellow phase. Once we reach the yellow phase, photographers can resume photographing outdoors from a safe distance 🙌
I love spotting unexpected, unique wedding day backdrops and Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk did not disappoint.
Hair goals @house_of_martino
Just over hear thinking about how much I need my hair done @lmc_thecut
Boat House Row, lit up at night, is one of the most beautiful locations in Philadelphia. Unless your wedding is at Water Works by Cescaphe, this photo op is hard to come by. It is not impossible, but timing must align.
If you want this photo but you will be at your reception at night fall, there is always your engagement session. Find out what time sunset is and plan to start your engagement session about an hour and half before. BONUS - sunset around the Art Museum and Water Works is gorgeous too!
On last thing, gotta give some love to Christie and Mike (featured in this photo). They will be celebrating four years tomorrow!
Exploring a new creative outlet during quarantine, May 2020, by adding a little video to my photoshoots at home. My newest love at 4.5 months old, a little over 16 lbs. and happy as can be. Elizabeth Azzolina

Rehearsal dinner and engagement session all in one unique location at the Terrain Cafe in Glen Mills, PA. If you are looking for a venue to host a smaller event or wedding, check out this rustic and charming spot. They can accommodate up to 110 guests. Unfortunately this adorable couple is not included 😊Shout out to 'Tiny Taylors' 😉
Don't mind me 😂
Silver lining of quarantining is getting to go through past weddings and reliving some funny moments. Whose has a funny wedding moment they would like to share?
Gotta give a wedding anniversary shout out to Moira and Steve. Cheers to 3 years!
Oh hey there blue eyes!
This little handsome man was two months old when we photographed his newborn session. For all those parents wondering if you can still photograph your new baby when they are not within the first two week, the answer is YES! You may not get the same poses, but you will most likely get beautiful images with their eyes open and smiling as their personalities begin to develop. If you have a new baby at home, lets schedule for your newborn session for mid-June. 🤞it is when the stay-at-home order has been lifted.
Marry the man that will notice and fix the unwanted stray hair blowing in your face 😊
This was taken at the William Penn Inn, one of my favorite wedding venues for many reasons. One of them being the gardens on the grounds. They are always well maintained and have some gorgeous light that really pop the green backdrop. Best of all, you do not have to go far the get to this beautiful place. It is located right outside the venue, tucked back behind the trees. If you are looking for a romantic and charming venue with the friendliest people, check out The William Penn Inn in Gwynedd, PA.
