How lucky and I that I got to photograph my daughter proposal ?!?!

Our girl is engaged, and I don’t even know if I have the words for how happy we are. Watching her grow into such a beautiful young woman has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. She has built a life even more wonderful than we could have ever hoped for her, and she’s done that alongside David these past several years. Seeing the love, support, and happiness the two of you share means everything to us.

David, you’ve honestly felt like part of our family for years now, so this just makes it official. We love you so much and couldn’t be happier to welcome you into the family. You have this way of grounding her, calming the storms, and loving every part of who she is. The two of you balance each other so naturally, and it’s beautiful to watch.

As parents, all you really hope for is that your kids find someone who loves them, supports them, and makes life better and happier… and she found that in you. We couldn’t be more proud of the two of you and the life you’re building together.

We love you both so much and can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings.

Tough loss for the Darby Girls Lacrosse team, but it was so good to finally get out and watch them play again. I’ve loved watching these girls over the past several years—it’s been such a joy to follow along.

They played with so much heart and truly left nothing on the field.

So proud of these girls—win or lose.
