Tonight reminded me WHY I do what I do! The long days and nights of shoots after work and editing at unreal hours of the night.. all of it means so much more to me than the exhaustion ever could.

Tonight I said my “see you laters” to a family that’s moving 3,000 miles away from me, but will FOREVER have a place in my heart. After taking their photos for 2 years and watching their babies grow, it has been such a sweet experience and to know them, is to love them.

For the first time in my three years of being a photographer, at the end of the session tonight this family asked to take a photo with ME and as much of a hot mess express I was in this heat it made my heart so happy!💗
