We make time for the dentist.
We make time for doctor appointments.
We make time for hair appointments, kids’ activities, vacations, and all the other things that fill our calendars.

And those things matter. ❤️

But so do the photographs that preserve the people and seasons of life we can never get back.

Somewhere along the way, we started treating family photos like something that has to fit perfectly into everyone else’s schedule. And I think sometimes we need to remember that making time for your family is important, too.

And one more thing that doesn't get talked about enough: your photographer has a family and a life outside of photography, too. 📷❤️

If your photographer doesn't offer evening or weekend sessions, consider taking a little time out of your workday for your family photos. You may have to miss a few hours of work today, but the photographs you walk away with will be something your family has for generations.

Take the time.
Make the memories.
Take the pictures.

Your family is worth making room for.
