It is not lost on me how healing and rejuvenating a few days with some of my favorite people can be. These friends are the family we’ve chosen. The time is always too short, but oh so precious. So grateful.

🌸 I’ve learned something from the peony…
They start out closed up, in hard little shells. Protected. Closed off. Waiting.
But once they miraculously break open and their gorgeous blooms burst out … they are SOFT. Have you ever touched the petals of a peony? Delicate, pillowy softness. And what is softness if not vulnerability. And what is the peony if not beauty.
They’ve reminded me how beautiful our softer side is. How beautiful our vulnerability is. And that it takes courage and strength to open up and be vulnerable.
My clients have been reminding me of that too, lately. And a few friends. 🤍
It’s something I think I will always be learning. And constantly need reminding of.
I’m grateful to the peony for reminding me of this lately.

Hi friends! I wanted to share a little update on my life, work, and this beautiful little business that I have built.
Some of you know that my background is in Social Work: I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University (MSW), and I’m a licensed social worker in the state of CT (LMSW).
After several years away from that field, I am so glad and grateful to announce that I have begun working as a therapist, for Renewed Hope Counseling Center, in South Windsor, CT. 🎉
I am so excited about this opportunity. It feels like the right next thing, at the right time. My work there will be part time, and I will continue with Meg Pascucci Photography. But I will be approaching it a little differently…
Fewer clients, more art. Selective with the jobs I say yes to, and more photography for beauty, fun, and the Glory of God. I can’t wait to begin sharing more of that type of work with you. I’m not making any drastic changes yet, just giving space to move forward in a way that feels more aligned with me, my values, and what I need and want right now.

Joy. Beauty. Fun. Sunshine. Warmth. Some rain. A lot of wind. Laughter. Peace. Very dirty hands. And healing. 🤍
There’s something very special about being surrounded by beauty, sun on your face, dirt under your nails, wind in your hair, basking in the truth that the Creator that created us, also created tulips… in all their amazing varieties and forms.
I’m so grateful for this opportunity, and for all the amazing, sweet, fun customers that I met! Looking forward to what’s next!
